If you help anyone cross the street.
If you not only clear your side walk you clears a whole block.
Have run for local office that has no pay.
Setup a blog, group, listserv, twitter feed or website in your community.
Work with pay helping your neighbors doing all manner of day to day.
People count on your to get thing done in your community.
Gave of yourself as an emergency responder especially CERT.
You are a citizen 2.0
